Abstract submission
- Abstract submission starts: September 2025
- Abstract submission deadline: December 21st, 2025
- Abstract acceptance: February 9th, 2026
Abstract submission (Easychair platform)
The Abstract must be mandatorily submitted in plain text (maximum 500 words in length) using the EasyChair platform.
Authors can decide to also submit an Extended Abstract in pdf format (maximum 2 pages in length) to better explain their study to help the revision process, prepared by following the provided template below.

Registration
- Early bird registration deadline: February 22nd, 2026
- Last registration for presenting authors with accepted abstract: March 15th, 2026
Registration will be opened in September 2025
