Abstract submission (Easychair platform)
The Abstract must be submitted in plain text (maximum 500 words) via the EasyChair platform.
Authors can decide to also submit an Extended Abstract in pdf format (maximum 2 pages in length) to better explain their study to help the revision process, prepared by following the provided template below.

Registration
- Early bird registration deadline: February 22nd, 2026
- Last registration for presenting authors with accepted abstract: March 15th, 2026
