General program
Information for presenters
We would like to remind you of the time allocated for each oral presentation:
Keynote: 20-minute presentation + 5-minute discussion.
Regular: 15-minute presentation + 3-minute discussion.
Due to the high volume of presentations, we strictly request that you respect your allotted time.
Technical Requirements - Slide Submission
Format: Presentations must be provided in PowerPoint or PDF format (16:9 aspect ratio).
Submission: Files must be provided on a USB flash drive.
Slides must be delivered to the Speakers’ Ready Room to be checked and uploaded to the session room system. We strongly recommend visiting the Speakers’ Ready Room at least 2 hours before your scheduled session. Please provide the technical staff with the date, room, and time of your presentation as listed in the program.
Location
The Speakers’ Ready Room is located on Level -2 of the convention center. It can be accessed through the entrance of the Catering/Exhibition Area and is clearly marked on the directional signage.
Important
The use of personal laptops for presentations is strictly prohibited.
At the end of the EMMC conference, 5 prizes (offered by Mech. of Materials J., Elsevier) will be awarded to the best research presented by young scientists
